About Dave Meredith, Professional Massage Therapist
Dave has conducted a professional Massage practice since 1994, and he has been informally employing Eastern style Bodywork techniques as a compliment to his Martial Arts training and teaching since 1987. In total, Dave has been in the healing arts for over 24 years.
Dave works with a wide verity of clientele, which include, top athletes from the NY Giants football team, Setan Hall Pirates basketball teams, NJ Red Bulls soccer Team and more. Dave's range of clients extend to include business people, homemakers, contractors, and survivors of trauma & serious illness. Dave's corporate clients include Quest Diagnostics, Allstate Insurance, Whole Foods Market, and many more. Dave's clients also include public & medical organizations such as, the 200 Club of Bergen County, the Meadowlands Regional Chamber of Commerce, Saint Vincent's Hospitals, Bon Secore Hospitals, Robert Wood Johnson & U.M.D.N.J., Bayone Medical Center, as well as NJ and some municipal health departments.
Formerly director of the North Jersey Massage Training Center and currently at American Eastern Wellness Center, Dave dedicates his time between teaching, administration, and Massage therapy. When coaching, Dave incorporates Meditation, Breathwork, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga, Hiking, Guided Imagery and many more Holistic modalities that play a vital role, not only in his professional practice, but in his own personal life as well.
Dave is available in Northern New Jersey, including Bergen County, Hudson County, Essex County, Passaic County, Morris County, and the Meadowlands.
